Each engagement follows a defined scope with agreed milestones. For implementation projects (8 weeks), we hold structured check-ins, present working prototypes at the midpoint, and deliver fully integrated systems at close. For the assessment (3 weeks), you receive a written report with scored findings and prioritised recommendations.
What happens to our data during a project?
Data handling is governed by a signed data processing agreement before work begins. We operate with PDPA compliance in mind and do not retain client data beyond project completion unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Can the pricing accommodate smaller organisations or phased budgets?
The listed prices reflect the full scope of each engagement. For organisations with tighter budgets, we recommend starting with the AI Maturity Assessment at RM 750 — it gives you a grounded view of priorities without committing to a larger implementation upfront.
What ongoing support is available after project delivery?
Project delivery includes a handover session and documentation. For clients who require post-launch support or iterative development, we offer structured retainer arrangements — discussed during the scoping phase.
